If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your product, please contact us first and we will guide you through the easy 1-2-3 steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so as the return address on your package is not the same as the RMA address.
Step 1: Email us at [email protected]. Please make sure to include your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
Step 2: Our customer support team will request the status of your item, as long as it is unused and in the original condition, we will take it back and either refund you in full or exchange it.
Step 3: Depending on the situation of your case, we may or may not provide a return label. You should always assume responsibility for the return shipping, but rest assured that we will always pickup the shipping cost when sending your exchange items.
